11.25.12 Caution-Week 3- Keep Away From Prides Edge

Do you ever know people that walk thru life thinking they deserve what they have? Maybe they feel that they deserve salvation. As christians we need to realize that we really don't deserve anything. If only when circumstances and life go the opposite of where we think it should go, it challenges us to be grateful for whatever is left! There four lessons we can take from gratitude. There are only two times to give thanks, when we feel like it and when we don't feel like it. Gratitude begins where my sense of entitlement ends. Grateful people can find a blessing, enlarge a blessing or create a blessing. This weeks challenge while you are praying is to thank God for what He has given you before you ever say please.

11.4.12 Community In Action- Week 7- Just One More... Step

This week we wrapped up our Community In Action Series. We ended this series talking about our relationship with Christ. Their were four major steps to our relationship with Christ. The first one is is to FOLLOW. Following Christ specifically is what we talked about. The next step is to BELIEVE. It is not enough to just follow but we need to believe who God is. PRACTICE is the next step. This step refers to the Great Commission which is to go out and make disciples of all nations. This is what we as Christ followers are called to practice. The final step is to SURRENDER to God. This is vital to our existence as a Christian!

10.28.12- Community In Action- Week 6- Generous

This week we continued our series Community In Action. To be part of a community you to learn to generous. Generous with your time and your finances. The bible tells us to do good and share with one another. Generosity reveals our priorities. When you are generous it shows that you have faith and brings happiness to you when you are generous. Join us next week as we wrap up our Community In Action series.

"There is strength in numbers"; ever feel alone? We weren't meant to do life alone, we need each other to share our experiences, grow together, encourage each other and support each other.Shortly after God created us, His words were: "It is not good for man to be alone...". At Fusion COMMUNITY Church, we are what our name states-a community. A community of believers at all walks of life and in all levels of faith that believe in building strong, lasting, meaningful relationships within the community of the church and within the community around us. We weren't meant to do it alone and we don't have to. Join us today as Pastor Fetter dives into why we need people in our lives, what holds us back from having those people in our lives and what the Bible says about relationships as a whole. Also, are you a community "hero?"
